Thank you to you and your team for an amazing Bhutanese experience. All the ladies were amazed, in awe at every turn, and personally it felt peaceful to be back in the land of the Thunder Dragon. Some highlights: Of course the 5* hotels. Gangtey was out of this world, and the walk down Phobjika Valley was otherworldly. Always finishing at Uma Paro is the best, and prepares everyone for life after departure. Our blessed weather! What luck – good karma all round. Our guide Jigme and our driver, who picked us up at the airport, accompanied us on the entire trip and brought us closer to this wonderful country. Many thanks to Jigme, who brought us closer to all the great places. They looked after us fantastically in every respect and brought us so much closer to the history of this country.Thanks to him we are now in a position to understand your country, its history, religion and way of life very well. And of course many thanks to our fantastic driver, who guided us safely over all the roads, some of which were not easy, and was always friendly and courteous.

We have just returned from Bhutan yesterday evening and we are writing this while waking up a bit early in Amsterdam, after almost two fantastic weeks of travelling. It is not easy to summarize our trip with so many impressions, experiences and getting a better feel for local cultures. It was fantastically organized on the ground by Leki (guide) and Karma (driver) in Bhutan. The knowledge, enthusiasm and patience and flexibility of Leki stood out. He is a great guide! Very experienced and knowledgeable, pleasant and flexible. We will definitely recommend him to our friends. As you know we stayed in Bhutan for almost 9 days.
