Bhutan: wonderful trip It was truly a wonderful trip We have already traveled many times in our lives but will remain engraved in my memory. I left the Bhutan crying  It’s spending 8 days with two people Exceptional guide: He spoke extremely well and in addition he had a culture of France which was incredible We felt like we were going with a friend: he’s great – top notch!! He didn’t count his hours, worked long days He had a perfect knowledge of the history of his country and Buddhist culture. The agency called us twice to see if everything was okay At no time during the stay were we worried The accommodations were very good Honestly 5* for Punakha: top! Every time we went to a hotel the guide reserved the nice rooms for us We are truly surrounded by nature in Punakha Archi cozy Thimphu in the heart of the city – everything was perfect Metta resort in Paro: was bigger with a lot of less charming tourists but can’t complain We always ate very well, even a lot too 🙂 We were stunned on many occasions – very respectful What struck us the most: in fact we loved everything, everything was very beautiful The guide took a lot of time to explain things to us in the temples and monasteries We learned lots of things about little monks We saw lots of things that opened our eyes The Tiger’s Nest: it’s magnificent! The roads are really crazy roads – they have a very smooth ride Not a hike we’ve done that I’m afraid of – he took us over monkey bridges, I wasn’t afraid Everything was very accessible The Haa Valley – crazy views – overlooking the Himalayas We made a convent for nuns Hot stone bath and in the evening we went to dinner with the people who welcomed us There was the grandma watching TV, the little girls who were around ten years old
